If you want to learn the basics of practical street-proven, battle-tested methods of protecting yourself and loved ones, you need to attend this seminar. Plus, you'll get an incredible workout and have alot of fun!!
Wear a t-shirt, workout pants (no shorts please), and athletic shoes (non-marking soles only). Bring a water bottle and small towel, too!

Krav Maga fighter Severeno Woods hit a personal milestone when he won the white belt/Super Heavy (207-221lb) division of the Houston Invitational World Grappling Championship. Seve won the gold medal in dominant fashion beating three different fighters 13-0, 12-0 and 13-0. Very impressive for someone that's been training such a short time.
Yes, the hardest two week boot camp in the Midwest has returned.
If you are not a member of our facility, you will need to attend an Introductory Seminar or week of self defense/fitness classes in order for us to assess whether or not you should attend. Yes, we have at least one person puke every year. Yes, only about 60 to 70% of the people finish every day. Yes, it's a friggin blast!
This year's beast of a workout will be July 12, 14, 16, 19, 21, 23. The times are from 5:30am til 7:30am. The locations will vary with the majority of them at our facility. The cost is $99. No whining and no refunds!

In an unprecedented move to help develop a stronger level of amateur and pro MMA fighters in the Kansas City area, Krav Maga owner and fight team trainer Steve Woolridge will be holding open tryouts for MMA fighters who are devoted to reach the highest levels of competitive fighting. Up to 5 of those who make the cut for the fight team will receive a free scholarship to train at Krav Maga under the direct tutelage of Steve. Why train with us? Watch some of our fights. Some people would say a win rate of almost 80% speaks for itself. If you are a fighter or know of someone who is serious about becoming a great fighter feel free to let them know. Announcement of try out dates will be coming in the next few weeks so stay tuned.
