Krav Maga workout session. The simple fact is that it’s true. There are some other
good ones to use as well, like "addictive" because it’s fun and the satisfaction
you feel when you finish. I also call it "therapeutic." After a bad day at work,

"Krav Maga has been a great experience. I had always wanted to take some sort of martial art class. A long, long time ago I took a "traditional" martial arts class for a couple of months but I gave up on it because it was never exciting and I found that I did not look forward to going to class. I had seen the KM & Fitness Center and been curious about Krav Maga and read about it on the internet. Then back this January, I convinced my son to join me in taking an introductory class. He was pretty reluctant at first but after the first lesson he was excited and wanted to sign up "now dad!" I was pretty impressed as well. It has been a great learning experience and something really different to do with my son. Every week, we are excited about attending class and every week we learn something and get some really good exercise. I've tried out the Fitness class as well and it is something else. It must be helping because I managed to come in second for my age group in the bike race for the Kansas City Corporate Challenge! The Krav Maga & Fitness Center has been a great place to learn, with great instructors. They are all serious about the instruction, but make the classes fun as well; I look forward to them - even the "suffering" in the Fitness class!
