Krav Maga fighter Dominic Cantu (3-1) came out with another impressive win at Municiple Auditorium
Friday night. The referee stopped the fight at about 1:20 of the first round with a TKO due to strikes
against a tough fighter, Paul Sanchez, from the Lone Wolf fight team. Both fighters met in the middle
of the ring, exchanged a few kicks and punches, then clinched. The fight then went to the ground where
Dominic tried but missed landing a guillotine choke. He was then able to reverse the position by sweeping
Sanchez who almost caught Dominic in a triangle choke. He quickly passed Sanchez's guard and established
a very solid scarf hold against the cage. Dominic had Sanchez's right arm trapped between his legs and
started to reign down punches and hammerfists to his head. The referee stopped the bout because Sanchez
was unable to defend.
Thanks to Clyde Hepner, you can check out a cool video montage of Dominic's fight at:

Once again, thanks to all the Krav Maga members that attended. The fighters tremendously appreciate
your support. Special thanks to Eric Siley and Bryan Welch for helping corner along with all the instructors
and fighters who helped Dominic get ready for the fight!
